Established in 2001 by five individuals who knew how to do recruitment the right way, our vision was to create a new breed of human capital consultancy: one which was client-driven, results orientated, and market specific. The result of this vision is Blue, now one of the UK's leading recruitment consultancies.

Central to the Blue vision was the recruitment of highly experienced recruitment professionals with an emphasis on collective experience in specific market areas. This was a strategic move to ensure the company benefited from a range of specialist recruitment methodologies and perspectives.

With industry professionals, HR professionals and pure recruiters, we understand the impact that recruitment and related services have on all of those concerned, as well as having the market sector and recruiting expertise to ensure successful delivery.
